WHAT TYPE OF DELIVERY SERVICE SHOULD I EXPECT?

The majority of our products are sent via our regular delivery partners such as Australia Post, Allied or Aramex. Once dispatched , you will be contacted directly by them informing you of the status of your delivery.

WHAT'S THE WAIT ON DELIVERIES?

We aim to dispatch all available stock within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Public holidays and busy shopping periods such as Christmas may affect dispatch and delivery times.

CLICK & COLLECT

You can order products on our website and collect them from our Melbourne warehouse located in Springvale.

Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method. Then select the location you would like to pick up your order from.

When your order is packed and ready for dispatch, one of our customer support team will send you an SMS with collection times and details. Please ensure you bring with you proof of purchase.

Click and Collect orders are only available Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.
